You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided there is a valid reason.

Return Request
Returns must always be requested through your customer account on our website. Returns will not be accepted without an approved request.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must, if possible, be in its original packaging

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions
Returns may be refused if:

• The product is used or damaged
• The product is incomplete

Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under European law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. CaseDistrict offers a 30-day return period but reserves the right to request a valid reason for returns outside the statutory cancellation period.
